I just listened to the entire 23 minutes of the 911 tapes, and i smell a rat, he never once answered the 911 operator on any questions she asked, this started 5 miles from the tragic santee accident scene that killed the CHP trooper and his family and passed by my office yesterday on his way up that hill, 80 is the average speed and 90 is the norm on that long straight uphill part of I8 and the speed limit is 70. after hearing him on the tapes and seeeing all of his vids on the local and national news its hard to believe its the same person talking ! listen for yourself, look under the pic of the prius and click listen............
